    On January 10, 2023 (Tuesday), support for Microsoft Windows 8.1 has ended. This means that BRAIN MAGIC will exclude Windows 8.1 from supporting OS for Orbital2 Core (application) in order to improve the quality for the future application development. Therefore, we recommend customers using Windows 8.1 to upgrade the OS.     The details of the modifications are as follows.
    ＜Common for Windows and Mac versions＞
    【Function addition】
    Shortcut key to open the setting screen of Orbital2 Core. Since it turned out that "Windows: Shift + Ctrl + O / Mac: shift + alt (option) + O" is used as a shortcut key for some software, an option setting for disabling the shortcut key was added.
    * You can turn on / off the shortcut key setting for opening the setting screen by clicking "Settings" > "Open setting screen" > "Shortcut enabled setting" in the Orbital2 Core menu.

    ＜Mac versions only＞
    【Function addition】
    Added an option setting to disable the shortcut key "control + alt (option) + A" for switching the input source to "ABC-extended".
    * From "Settings" in the Orbital2 Core menu, click "Switch input source to" ABC-Extended" in Shortcut enabled settings" to turn on/off the shortcut key setting.


    The update can be performed in the "Check for update..." section of the application's Help.
    After clicking the above link, restart the application to complete the update.
    Please check the version name in the "About Orbital2 Core" section of the Help.

    - Problem with language settings has been fixed.
